Refund and cancellation policy

Cancel anytime online

You can cancel from Account settings with one click, or from the Stripe customer portal on the Billing page. Canceling does not require a phone call or a chat with support. The subscription stops renewing at the end of the current period, and you keep access until that date.

Renewals

Plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. We send a renewal reminder before the next charge when email is configured. Canceling before the renewal date stops that charge.

Refunds

Fees for a period that has already started are not refunded, except where [STATE] law requires a refund. If you were charged in error, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will correct it. Canceling a trial before it ends means the paid period does not start.
